Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled Workshop Parts Supervisor to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Stockport. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department, ensuring timely and accurate supply of parts to the workshop to minimize vehicle downtime.

You will also build strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations. Apart from managing stock levels, optimizing inventory, and ensuring effective stock control, you will lead, motivate, and develop the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently. Additionally, you will implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in a parts management role within the automotive industry, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
