About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our 24/7 team as a Cyber Security Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer security and IT alerts, as well as collaborating with other analysts to investigate and remediate IT and security incidents.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to customer security and IT alerts in real-time
  • Collaborate with other analysts to investigate and remediate IT and security incidents
  • Utilize fault-finding programs to diagnose and resolve customer issues remotely

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in cyber security and IT, and will be supported by our ongoing learning and development program.

  • A competitive salary of £28,200 - £36,000 per annum (inclusive of 20% shift allowance)
