About the Role:

We are seeking an Utility Infrastructure Specialist to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver high-quality surveys and consenting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed surveys and obtain consents for our clients.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering queries from clients and resolving any complaints that may arise.
  • Carry out survey maintenance and revisit work as required.
  • Survey across multiple voltages, working safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A Unit 5 qualification in Arboriculture Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working in the utilities industry, with a strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.
  • Excellent IT skills, specifically MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekend work.
