Heathrow Personnel is a global freight forwarder seeking an experienced Import Clerk to handle pharma and life science shipments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling imports shipments from start to finish
  • Preparing and submitting customs entries (CDS)
  • Coordinating air, sea, road, and courier shipments
  • Job costing and invoicing clients
  • Providing regular updates to clients on shipment status
  • Ensuring compliance with KPIs and SOPs
  • Adhering to GDP regulations

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding
  • Proficiency in import customs entries
  • Basic knowledge of import procedures
  • Experience with pharma and GDP regulations

Working Hours and Environment:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
