Job Overview

As a Store Person for Sodexo, you will be the backbone of our catering team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of supplies. Your role is key to maintaining service excellence, following Manual Handling guidelines, and adhering to Health and Safety standards.

You will be responsible for receiving items, verifying quality and quantity, and storing and handling goods in accordance with legislative rules and Sodexo policy. You will also be involved in loading, unloading, and receiving deliveries, as well as general organisation of stores to ensure efficient use of space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining operations by receiving items and verifying quality and quantity
  • Loading, unloading, and receiving deliveries
  • General organisation of stores to ensure efficient use of space
  • Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments to bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records

Requirements include:

  • A positive attitude and ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
  • IT literacy with a thorough grasp and competency in using Microsoft packages
  • Willingness to be open to learning and growing

  • £12-£ per hour

  • Working pattern: Monday to Friday (07:00 - 15:30)
  • Full Time Contract
