**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team at RGB Network. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical construction projects using Ensign Software.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand the scope of work.
* Conduct site visits to assess project conditions, if necessary.
* Calculate the costs of materials, labour, and equipment required for the electrical components of a project.
* Use estimating software to input data and generate detailed estimates.
* Factor in potential risks and uncertainties that may affect costs.
* Identify and evaluate the quantity and cost of materials needed.
* Determine labour hours and rates based on project size and complexity.
* Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
* Prepare detailed and itemized bid proposals for submission to clients or general contractors.
* Ensure all estimates align with project timelines and client requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review estimates and finalize bids.

**Requirements**

* Up to £65,000 salary.
* Salary review upon successful completion of probationary period.
* Travel expenses, including parking.
* Holidays - 20 days (increases with length of service to max 25 days) plus public holidays.
* Package items - Laptop, monthly mobile phone allowance, i-Pad.
* Pension - Standard workplace pension (Employer 3%, Employee 5%) Opt-Out Available.
* Other - Bupa Healthcare available, which is discounted (can include family cover).
