As a Senior Mechanical & Electrical Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the company's success by accurately estimating costs for various mechanical and electrical aspects of commercial projects. Option for either freelance or permanent employment.

**Senior Mechanical & Electrical Estimator**

Your expertise in Building Services will be critical in analysing project requirements, interpreting technical specifications, and preparing comprehensive estimates. Key Responsibilities:
Estimation Excellence:

- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of Building Services to produce detailed and precise estimates for mechanical and electrical components of commercial projects.
- Collaborative Approach:
Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to understand project scope and technical requirements, ensuring accurate estimations aligned with project objectives.

Cost Analysis:

- Conduct thorough cost analysis, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors to provide competitive and cost-effective estimates.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit well-structured bids, proposals, and tender documents, showcasing the company's capabilities and expertise.
- Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends, market rates, and emerging technologies to enhance estimation accuracy and keep the company competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Building Services Experience:

- Proven experience as an Estimator with a focus on Mechanical & Electrical aspects within commercial projects is essential.

Technical Proficiency:

- A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, regulations, and best practices.

Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret technical data and produce accurate estimates.

Communication:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within the team and liaise effectively with clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in estimations and bid preparations.

**Salary**: £300.00-£350.00 per day

- Certificate of Higher Education (required)
