This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with individuals who require personal care, assistance with daily activities, and emotional support. You will be part of a diverse group, each with their own abilities and needs.

Our Cudworth service supports four individuals, including those with physical disabilities and learning disabilities. This role involves providing personal care, which includes using a hoist and additional training as required.

As a Carer and Advocate, your excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships will enable you to provide emotional support and empower individuals to overcome challenges.

We value flexibility and are looking for candidates who can work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities is essential.

The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) and a range of benefits, such as pension and holiday buying options.
