Support and Enablement Professional

At Ideal for All, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support and Enablement Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Salary: £12.00 per hour.
About the RoleThis role involves working closely with an individual to assist and promote their independence using a relationship-based approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the individual in various tasks, including maintaining their home environment, increasing their skills and motivation, and accessing the local community.
The ideal candidate will have experience in interpersonal work with individuals experiencing a lack of motivation. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide emotional support.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Prompting the individual to manage their personal care needs independently;
- Supporting the individual to complete activities of daily living, such as preparing and cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning and maintaining their home;
- Assisting the individual to access and increase their confidence to access the local community;
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will need to possess:
- Skilled in interpersonal work with individuals experiencing a lack of motivation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide emotional support;
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of the individual they will be working with.
