About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Girling Jones, a leading Cost Management Consultancy based in Devon. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-end residential projects, working closely with our clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network and develop business relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Support junior quantity surveyors in their professional development
  • Manage your own project portfolio, including fee management and monitoring of job profitability
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality projects
Requirements
  • Chartered status and recent experience in construction consultancy
  • High-end residential experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent client-facing skills and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Positive, flexible attitude and ability to prioritize tasks
