Job Title: Liability Claims Team Leader
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Location: Bedfordshire
Lawes Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support and manage their rapidly expanding team of claims handlers, based at their Milton Keynes office.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced claims handlers who deal with Liability claims, ranging from Employers Liability, Personal Liability through to Commercial based claims varying in value.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a team leader in a claims background, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry
- Ability to mentor and develop teams to achieve high performance standards
- Knowledge of the principles of insurance and claims process
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring clients and policyholders receive a first-class service from your team
- Ability to deal with challenges and setbacks, resolving issues in a calm and methodical manner
