We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Executive to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a Claims Executive, you will be responsible for the proactive management of all claims from inception to resolution, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and investigate claims, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and that claims are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure that claims are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and analyze claim trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reduce claims frequency and severity.
- Collaborate with the Risk Management team to identify and mitigate potential risks and develop strategies to prevent claims from arising.
- Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to handle claims effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that claims are handled in accordance with the latest regulations and guidelines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles and practices, including claims handling, risk management, and underwriting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
