At Power Electronics, we are committed to making the world a cleaner and more sustainable place. As a leading manufacturer of advanced power electronics equipment, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Based Engineer to join our team in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commission and start-up solar inverters in customers' photovoltaic solar plants
  • Diagnose and repair faulted inverters in the field
  • Complete and submit field reports that capture time and work completed on site
  • Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, and/or preventative maintenance to customers
  • Responsible for physical installations such as connections, wiring, etc.
  • Practice and adhere to safety and training protocols
Requirements:
  • Strong electrical aptitudes and knowledge
  • Hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility and attention to customers' needs
  • Ability to work remotely and travel to solar plants when required (about 80% of the time)

Our Hiring Process:
