Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Engineer to join our team at Statkraft. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on our electrical systems across our Wind, BESS and Grid Services assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • HV SAP Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in HV SAP systems.
  • Project Support: Provide support to project teams in the delivery of electrical system projects.
  • Maintenance Task Execution: Follow up on the execution of planned and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • On-Site Supervision: Supervise engineering work on-site to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Technical Requirements Assessment: Assess technical requirements for ongoing projects to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: HNC Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in the energy sector, with a focus on electrical network maintenance.
  • Skills: Demonstrable experience of working on electrical systems, including LV and HV plant maintenance. Previous SAP authorization is advantageous.
  • Knowledge: Knowledgeable in power generation, HV networks, electrical testing and analysis, commissioning, and MS Office applications.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
