Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Orthodontics Specialist to join our team in Western Europe. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing clinical activities for ClearCorrect providers, growing clinical confidence and case submissions across the ClearCorrect product portfolio. You will support practicing dentists and orthodontists in resolving case-specific clinical and technical issues related to our proprietary 3D treatment planning software, ClearPilot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to private practicing dentists and orthodontists in case evaluation, clinical treatment planning, and patient selection.
  • Communicate and demonstrate the clinical benefits of our products, including 3D digital treatment planning.
  • Support providers in making clinical decisions that contribute to the success of orthodontic treatment with ClearCorrect.
  • Be in contact with dentists and orthodontists to discuss treatment plans and provide individual clinical education.
  • Provide parts of the clinical training for our treatment planning teams.
  • Gather feedback from providers and analyze provider data to identify best practices.
  • Review patient treatment plans and compare them with established protocols and preferences, elaborating on clinically functional improvements in digital planning to improve clinical predictability and achieve the best possible results.
  • Train country-based colleagues to increase their orthodontic knowledge and expertise of the ClearCorrect system and its benefits.
  • Perform provider support via inbound and outbound contacts (phone or email) to provide top-notch service to providers.
Requirements
  • Dental background with orthodontics experience.
  • Ready for a change into an industry career with a leading dental company.
  • Excellent command of English, with additional languages a plus.
  • High willingness to learn and become familiar with our 3D treatment planning software, ClearPilot.
