As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of commissions and projects, leading multidisciplinary bid submissions, and generating repeat business and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial aspects of commissions and projects, including governance, fee management, and internal job costings.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
