Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist to join our team at M&S. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and managing the community programme, including implementing our Community Framework and overseeing the operational delivery of our "gold" headline charity partnership with YoungMinds. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on our communities while developing your skills and expertise in project management and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the community programme, including implementing the Community Framework
  • Overseeing the operational delivery of the "gold" headline charity partnership with YoungMinds
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive programme delivery
  • Managing charity donations, including financial forecasting and tracking
  • Developing and maintaining reporting frameworks for group-wide community investment and impact

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills
  • Data and digital competency with excellent numerical and Excel skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
