About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Corporate Social Responsibility to join our team at Saga Group.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our corporate social responsibility strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business practices and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop metrics and interpret data. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sustainability or environmental management, is desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000-£100,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, pension scheme, annual bonus, and car benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our corporate social responsibility strategy, ensuring alignment with business practices and stakeholder expectations.
  • Establish ESG objectives and milestones to achieve both short and long-term goals within Business Units and functions.
  • Support communication to all stakeholder groups on Saga's ESG performance and progress, including creation and updates to Saga's double materiality matrix.
  • Represent Saga at company meetings, industry events, conferences, and forums on ESG topics.
