DevOps Team Lead

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading a team of DevOps engineers to streamline the software development process, improve system reliability, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
About the Role- Lead and mentor a multiskilled team of DevOps engineers developing a strong culture of technical excellence and ensure core DevOps methodologies are implemented to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to design and implement automated deployment pipelines.
- Maintain the effective operation of multiple CI/CD pipelines which underpin core security services and support continuous delivery approach including tooling and automated testing and deployments.
The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 per annum (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity: 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's results).
