">The Role
">We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality support to our service users. As a Specialist Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and acting as a strong role model for other staff members.
">Key Responsibilities

- To provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs">
- To mentor and coach junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge">
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services">
- To contribute to the development and implementation of care plans">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">- ">
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a health or social care setting">
- QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years' experience">
- Psychology Degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a health or social care setting">
- Be registered on the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) or other relevant professional body">
- Hold a full driving licence or be able to travel independently">
