About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable multi-trade operative to join our team at Bromford. As a multi-trade specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service while carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across our void properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, problem-solving, repairs, and maintenance using your carpentry, plumbing, and patch plastering skills.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and high-quality work during all tasks.
  • Liaise with leaders and colleagues daily.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic and adaptable individual with solid technical expertise across trades.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Confident communicator with a team-oriented approach.
