Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and problem-solving to identify and resolve issues
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks using your carpentry, plumbing, and patch plastering skills
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and high-quality work during all tasks
  • Liaise with colleagues and leaders daily to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Proven technical expertise across trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and patch plastering
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Full, clean driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
