About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Multi-Trade Operative to join our team at Bromford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service while carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across our void properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and problem-solving to identify and resolve issues
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks using your carpentry, plumbing, and patch plastering skills
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and high-quality work during all tasks
  • Liaise with leaders and colleagues daily to ensure effective communication and collaboration
