Pension Operations Leadership Role

The WBR Group is seeking an experienced Pension Operations Leadership Role professional to join our team. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the pension industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of managers and staff, and working closely with other Heads of Operations to achieve business objectives. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Company governance standards. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve goals and targets, as well as experience in performance and absence management. Strong influencing skills, the ability to delegate effectively, and a commitment to fairness and quality of service are also essential.
About the Job
- Manage daily operations, including directing, managing, and supporting team members.
- Lead a team of managers and staff, providing coaching, development opportunities, and support.
- Work closely with other Heads of Operations to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Company governance standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the pension industry.
- Proven track record of motivating teams to achieve goals and targets.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to delegate effectively.
- Commitment to fairness and quality of service.
- Sound knowledge of Company products and the financial services sector.
Salary
£60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
