About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Functional Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive assessments for the Governments disability allowance (PIP). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong IT literacy, and relevant experience and qualifications in nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or paramedicine.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload and work independently to assess and report on claimants' abilities. You will also benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities, including hybrid full-time and part-time working hours available.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500, plus a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus. In addition, you will receive a company laptop and mobile phone, access to our Health & Wellbeing programme, and company matched pension.
