As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a real impact. Your role will involve managing cases with the support of senior colleagues, developing junior team members, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.


Your Responsibilities



  • You will be responsible for structuring and leading projects or workstreams, working closely with senior colleagues and directors.
  • With excellent analytical skills, you will lead complex research and analysis programs, drive bespoke insights for clients, and create high-quality written output.
  • You will develop solutions from initial hypotheses through refinement and validation with senior colleagues and clients.
  • As a proven case team manager, you will delegate and plan workload, provide coaching and development support to junior colleagues, and contribute to business development efforts.
  • You will support senior colleagues in all aspects of business development, including thought leadership, proposal development, and pitching.
  • You will handle day-to-day liaison with senior clients, empathizing with their issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • You will present our findings confidently and engagingly to clients, showcasing our expertise and building strong relationships.

Your Skills and Qualifications



  • You will have at least 5 years' relevant experience in strategy or management consulting, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You will possess excellent analytical skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
  • You will be highly logical, numerate, and able to think creatively.
  • You will demonstrate evidence of teamwork, leadership, and ambition, alongside relevant work experience.
  • You will hold a degree qualification (2.1 or above preferred) in any discipline.
  • You will operate at a fast pace, influence, and challenge when needed, creating a positive impression on others.
  • You will ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all reports, data, and written work.
  • You will negotiate effectively, maintain positive relationships, and proactively take on new challenges.
  • A working knowledge of a major European language is advantageous but not required.
