About the Role:
">- We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Cover Supervisor to work in a school setting in Hereford.
- In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of the school by providing cover for absent teachers and ensuring that students continue to receive quality education.
Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, following the school's policies and procedures.
- Support students in their learning by offering guidance and assistance, fostering their academic progress and personal development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity and consistency in the educational experience of students.
