About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Complaints Case Handler to join our Complaints Resolution team in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and that their concerns are addressed in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer complaints from receipt to resolution, including a final written response
  • Understand industry regulation and how it matches with Capital One policies
  • Support customers and resolve their concerns
  • Investigate customer complaints thoroughly to find a resolution
  • Remain customer-focused and put them at the centre of every decision
  • Signpost customers to additional support resources
  • Support our business in improving our processes
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the finance industry is desirable but not essential.
