Immediate Start Required for Senior Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Blusource Professional Services. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department and managing the increased workload due to recent business developments.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include establishing robust controls and processes, reviewing existing processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring staff are trained and adhering to new procedures. You will also be responsible for driving change and leading by example.
Requirements
- Qualifications: The successful candidate must be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or ACMA).
- Experience: Strong understanding of technical accounting in an SME environment, experience of Group Accounting, insight and knowledge of cashflow management and impact.
- Key Skills: Leadership skills, ability to drive change, familiarity with statutory accounts (not required to complete them).
Salary and Benefits
