Surgical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Surgical Inpatients team at the Wellington Hospital.
About the RoleAs a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating high standards of nursing care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure effective care delivery
- Supervise and direct junior staff and temporary staff
- Contribute to the development of clinical standards, policies, and procedures
- Registered Nurse Level 1
- NMC Registration and PREP requirements
- Proven surgical experience
- Basic life support
