Sales Opportunity

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our client's extensive portfolio of products to a wide range of clients across various channels, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, OEMs, and end-users. The role requires a solution-led approach to create new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate must have technical knowledge in chemicals, composites, polymers, or paints, as well as field sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • A basic salary of £43,000 - £50,000 per year is offered, depending on relevant experience, plus a company car, bonus structure up to 25% per annum, and quarterly sales incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop New Business: Utilize a solution-led approach to create new business opportunities across your defined territory.
  2. Account Management: Manage your existing customer database while introducing new products from our expanding range.
