Patient Support Specialist

Salary and PackageWe offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including 29 days' annual leave, free laser eye surgery, and discounted prescription eyewear.
Your RoleAs a Patient Advisor, you will play a vital role in making our patients feel comfortable and relaxed while providing a 5-star service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building strong relationships with patients, performing diagnostic eye scans, and relaying patient information to optometrists.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, arranging affordable finance options, and scheduling consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons.
What We Look ForTo succeed in this role, you will need to be driven and passionate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills, be self-motivated, and possess strong organisational skills.
