About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out fault diagnosis on engineered systems, performing preventative planned maintenance, assembling and testing fluid power systems, maintaining mechanical devices and equipment, wiring and testing electrical equipment and circuits, working with hydraulics and pneumatics, and programming PLCs.

You will also be required to work with health and safety protocols, communicate effectively as an engineering technician, apply mathematical principles to solve problems, and understand the mechanical principles of engineering systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to teamwork.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
