About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain the site Quality Management System to ensure compliance with customer Codes of Practice and legislative requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of new processes and products within the HACCP system.
  • Provide technical support to the site QA Manager and team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management procedures.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve quality and food safety goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Proven track record of leading quality initiatives and improving quality performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
