Role Overview
Arm Limited is seeking a seasoned Firmware Technical Lead to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge firmware solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and line management for a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of firmware engineers
* Analyze roadmap requirements and break down tasks into actionable project plans
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
* Participate in testing on various platforms, including software models and FPGA systems

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in firmware development and leadership
* Strong understanding of C programming and Linux system engineering fundamentals
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage a team
