Regulatory Risk and Compliance Manager

We are currently working with a Financial Services client based in the North East of England who are looking for a Regulatory Risk and Compliance Manager to join their team in order to ensure compliance frameworks are efficient and effective.

This role has a salary up to £45,000, working Monday to Friday 9-5, with hybrid working available after completing a successful probation period.

You will report to the Head of Department and be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance frameworks
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on regulatory matters

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regulatory risk and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of financial services regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
