About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Risk and Compliance Manager to join our client's team in North Tyneside. As a key member of the Risk and Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the client's compliance frameworks are efficient and effective.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Financial Services client and contribute to the development of a strong compliance culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Risk and Compliance team in the delivery of risk-based compliance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance frameworks to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Risk and Compliance to foster a strong compliance culture within the team.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team on compliance-related matters.
