About the Role:
Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and Word, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Process batch details for customers
- Prepare invoices and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications
- Experience of using Xero is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
