**Summary and purpose of the Job**:
You will be responsible for managing small works, including communication with the customer and end users, provisioning services on the supplier portals, ordering and picking equipment, timely updating our own data base records, instructing the billing team to charge the end customer, booking engineer resource for onsite works, updating the team on order status and raising issue with the team for solution discussion. The role also includes some stock management and stores responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:
The extent of your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Work closely with colleagues to build knowledge and experience.
- Timely communication with customers and end user, as well as internal stake holders.
- Correctly provisioning telecoms services and arranging equipment dispatch.
- Correctly and timely processing orders to the billing team, so customers invoices are correct.
- Delivering projects on time and in budget.
- Providing customer first class customer service.
- Undertake research and development to improve knowledge.
- Update all internal Data bases to record project and customer information.
- Ability to managing small projects.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
- Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal with a variety of customer and internal groups.
- Must be flexible and able to commit the time required to get the job done in line with business needs.
- Attention to detail, ability to complete work accurately.
- Energetic, and quick learner.
- First class customer service skills.

This role is a full-time role working 37.5 hours each week from 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. The role is based working from our branch office which is situated in Wymondham, Norfolk, NR18 9AQ, the office has a large free car park and is located 100m from the train station.

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
