We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Leader to join our team at Ingka External. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Ingka Facility Management (FM) within the store.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in people management and end-to-end project management. A background in retail facilities management is essential, with proven expertise in contract and supplier management. The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage the Unit FM team effectively.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing asset management, long-term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow-up, forecasting, and reporting within the Facility Management scope in the store. You will also be responsible for implementing and evaluating supplier contracts at the store level, ensuring alignment with internal governance structure for supplier contracts to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment, and quality.

You will work closely with co-workers, service providers, and external partners to ensure they are aware and understand all Facility Management frameworks, guidelines, and initiatives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of Ingka Facility Management (FM) within the store through the Unit FM team.
  • Ensure that co-workers, service providers, and external partners have up-to-date awareness and understanding of all Facility Management frameworks, guidelines, and initiatives.
  • Responsible for all activities related to asset management, long-term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow-up, forecasting, and reporting within the Facility Management scope in the store.
  • Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at the store level in alignment with internal governance structure for supplier contracts to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment, and quality.
