Job Description
As our In-Store Facilities Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our store's facilities. You will be responsible for managing the execution of Ingka Facility Management (FM) within the store through the Unit FM team, ensuring that co-workers, service providers, and external partners have up-to-date awareness and understanding of all Facility Management frameworks, guidelines, and initiatives. You will also be responsible for all activities related to asset management, long-term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow-up, forecasting, and reporting within the Facility Management scope in the store. Additionally, you will implement and evaluate supplier contracts at the store level in alignment with internal governance structure for supplier contracts to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment, and quality. What You'll Be Doing
