We're seeking an experienced Care Worker to join our team in Bilston, Wolverhampton, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism. As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, structured environment that promotes independence, confidence, and overall well-being.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a calm, patient approach, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills. They'll be able to work effectively as part of a team, maintain clear routines, and manage anxieties around safety. A manual driving license is essential for community trips, which may include swimming, cinema visits, or holidays. The role involves personal care, independence support, community engagement, and behavioural management.
