About the Role

As a Pub Operator, you'll be responsible for leading our team to deliver outstanding customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our Regional Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work closely with our Regional Manager to achieve business objectives
