The ideal candidate will have experience working in SEN support and a flexible approach to supporting class teachers in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support for students with SEN
  • Collaborate with educational staff to ensure seamless learning support
  • Foster progress, attainment, and behaviour management in students

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification with a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK University
  • Previous experience in child-based roles, ideally in SEN support
  • Confident and supportive approach to managing behaviour requirements
