Social Worker for Children with Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team, working with children with disabilities in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with disabled children and their families.
The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience of working as a Qualified Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry. Essential requirements include SW registration, 1 year post-qualifying experience, Enhanced DBS/CRB, and eligibility to work in the UK.
In this role, you will carry out assessments, conduct complex safeguarding risk assessments, and provide support to parents, carers, and siblings of disabled children. Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment and Short Breaks work is also preferred.
