About the Role

Corrigenda Group Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Finance Administrator to support our finance function in Winchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, processing suppliers' invoices and staff expense claims, preparing information for financial audits, and assisting the Finance Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Purchase Ledger Management: Manage the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of suppliers' invoices and staff expense claims.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare necessary information for financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Timesheet Administration: Calculate and process weekly timesheets, ensuring timely submission and accurate payment.
  4. Customer Support: Respond to queries from suppliers and staff, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  5. Team Support: Assist the Finance Supervisor and other team members as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance function.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize workload, manage tasks, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Attention to detail and self-management to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Adaptable to working in a continuously evolving environment.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
