About the Role
The Financial Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Finance & Resources in the day-to-day management of the School's finances. This includes overseeing the payroll process, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiating prices and terms.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including management accounts and annual financial statements.
Essential Requirements
- Accountancy qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience of Engage school accounting system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
