Health and Welfare Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health and Welfare Coordinator to join our team at The Sheffield College. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with our Health and Welfare Officer to implement practical solutions to maintain the health and safety of students with medical conditions.
This is a fixed-term 12-month contract with the potential to be made permanent, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a vital role in student and staff health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct risk assessments for students in collaboration with the Health and Welfare Officer and Academy areas.
- Liaise with students, parents, or guardians to provide support and guidance.
- Respond to and support further actions relating to First Aid or Mental First Aid incidents.
- Deliver training and support to students and staff on health and wellbeing topics.
