Business Development Manager for Contract Cleaning Services

ecoSense is a leading contract cleaning company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Central London market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure new business contracts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Central London market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client sites
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the contract cleaning industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of the contract cleaning market and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery
