Unlock Sales Success with Our Sales Enablement Manager Role

At Workable, we're on a mission to empower businesses to find and hire the best talent. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping our sales team succeed by providing the tools, resources, and training they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create impactful sales content, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and product datasheets.
  • Work closely with sales managers and leaders to understand their needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to drive sales performance.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement strategies with broader company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or revenue enablement.
  • Proven track record in delivering sales training.
